So I ordered the Submariner 116613LB and got sent the wrong dial colour. Yuki Watch fixed it, but it took another three weeks and I had to pay return shipping.

Ask for another one. For that money it should be right.
What shipping method did you use?
Same issue on mine, told me it was normal.
Honestly you will not notice it once it is on.
