House rules

1. Dates. Every report needs an order date and an arrival date. Reports without dates may be removed.
2. First-hand only. Post about a dealer you personally ordered from. “A friend told me” is not a report.
3. No referral links. No affiliate codes, no discount codes, no “PM me”.
4. Disclose the relationship. If you have any connection to a dealer beyond being a customer, say so in the post.
5. Update your thread. If a problem gets resolved, post the resolution. An unresolved-looking thread that was actually fixed misleads everyone after you.
6. No doxxing. Dealer names and business details are fine. Home addresses and family names are not.
7. Disagreement is allowed. Two members with opposite experiences of the same dealer is the most useful thing this forum produces. Do not turn it into a fight.

Moderation

We remove: referral spam, posts by accounts with no other activity that read like advertising, and personal attacks. We do not remove negative reports at a dealer’s request.
