So I ordered the Panerai Submersible PAM973 and got sent the wrong dial colour. Perfect Clones fixed it, but it took another three weeks and I had to pay return shipping.

Same issue on mine, told me it was normal.
I have the same one from SBF and it has been solid.
Mine arrived with the same spring bar tension, sent it back.
Been waiting on mine for three weeks now, this gives me hope.
