So I ordered the Santos de Cartier 40 and got sent the wrong dial colour. Duke Reps fixed it, but it took another three weeks and I had to pay return shipping.

The One Watches has always been fine with me, surprised to hear this.
What did you pay for it, if you do not mind me asking?
Mine arrived with the same clasp engraving, sent it back.
That packaging is better than some I have had.
