Posted this in the other thread but reposting here. Bigge Time handled a damaged bracelet by sending a replacement link, no argument, no charge.

Mine arrived with the same screw link fit, sent it back.
BVF has been slipping lately, this looks fine though.
Ask for another one. For that money it should be right.
