Posted this in the other thread but reposting here. Replica Valley handled a damaged bracelet by sending a replacement link, no argument, no charge.
Is this normal for BP?

That packaging is better than some I have had.
Good to hear a positive story for a change.
I have the same one from JF and it has been solid.
Follow up in a few months and let us know how it holds up.
Price seems to have gone up since last year.
