Posted this in the other thread but reposting here. InTime handled a damaged bracelet by sending a replacement link, no argument, no charge.

Honestly you will not notice it once it is on.
That rotor noise would bother me, but it is barely visible on the wrist.
Looks good to me, the lume colour is within what I would accept.
That packaging is better than some I have had.
