Transit to Austria: 14, 12, 18, 16 days. All tracked, all double boxed, nothing seized. The 18-day order went through Germany rather than directly, which he told me in advance.
The problem
Order two arrived with a bracelet two links short for my wrist. I mentioned it, he shipped two links, they arrived in nine days. No charge. Small thing, handled properly.
Caveat
He is not a discount dealer and he will not haggle. If you want the lowest price, this is not your man. If you want to send one email and get a sensible reply, it is.
